Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy — ThreeFivez

ALL PURCHASES MADE ON THREEFIVEZ.COM ARE NON-RETURNABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you’re experiencing an issue with an item, email snowballzshop@gmail.com or call 800-275-8777. We’ll review and advise next steps.

Because we sell consumable hemp-derived products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. This protects product safety, quality, and compliance across the supply chain.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

Business Hours

Our team operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Shipping cut-off is 1:00 PM ET for potential same-day dispatch when processing allows (not guaranteed). We’re closed weekends and U.S. holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from purchase time. Processing time is separate from carrier shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Non-Bulk Items
(Flower quantities under 28g, gummies, prerolls, concentrates. Multiples of ≤28g still count as non-bulk.)

  • USPS Priority: flat-rate pricing (see table below).

  • UPS: cost calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

  • No Ground options. We avoid ground to limit exposure to heat and excessive handling.

  • Heads-up: USPS can be delayed and tracking may update inconsistently. UPS is recommended for more reliable estimates and tracking.

Bulk Products
(¼ lb, ½ lb, 1 lb flower; bulk prerolls. Note: multiples of ≤28g totaling ¼ lb do not count as bulk.)

  • Carrier: UPS only

  • Adult signature: Required at delivery for bulk flower

  • Pricing: Based on weight & destination

Delivery Times (Estimates)

  • USPS Priority: typically 3–7 business days

  • UPS: typically 1–5 business days (varies by location)

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier issues may cause delays.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll work quickly on a replacement or other appropriate solution.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Three Fivez (threefivez.com) is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. We’re happy to assist.

By purchasing from threefivez.com, you agree to this shipping policy.


Carrier Responsibility

UPS and USPS are third-party carriers. Once your package is in their possession, shipping times and transit conditions are outside our control.

No Refunds for Carrier Delays

We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for delays caused by carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Mechanical issues

  • Incorrect routing by carrier

  • Peak-season congestion

  • Other carrier-related interruptions beyond our control


Customer Responsibilities

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Post-Shipment Address Changes

We ship only to the original address provided at checkout. If a package is redirected after shipment (e.g., to a UPS Access Point/Store or new address), we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay resulting from that change. Our shipping coverage applies only to the original destination.

Transit & Delivery Coverage

We’re responsible for packages while in transit. Once a carrier marks a package “Delivered,” our liability for loss, theft, or damage ends.


Optional: Shipping Insurance (Route)

If enabled at checkout, you may add Route package protection for coverage against loss, theft, or damage (including post-delivery incidents).
Claims are reviewed by Route per their terms and may not be guaranteed for every case. If purchased, file claims directly with Route for potential replacements or refunds.


Retail Purchases

Because all sales are final, returns are not accepted. If an exception is granted at our discretion, it applies only to items purchased directly from threefivez.com. Items purchased at retail stores must be handled through that retailer.
