Three Fivez – U.S. Cannabis Shipping Policy

Three Fivez (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, possession, and transportation of hemp-derived and/or state-legal cannabis products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Age & Identity Verification

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. We reserve the right to request age-verification and/or refuse shipment to any individual unable to provide proof of age.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship cannabis products to any state, county, or municipality where such products are prohibited. Orders made to restricted jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Orders typically process within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Please allow additional time during high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Compliance With State Laws

By purchasing from Three Fivez, you acknowledge that:

• Cannabis laws vary by state and locality
• It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local regulations
• You will not divert products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited

Three Fivez is not responsible for orders seized or rejected by law enforcement or regulatory authorities based on local restrictions.

Product Handling & Delivery

Shipment requires delivery to a valid residential or business address. Some shipments may require adult signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• Military bases or federal property
• States/municipalities prohibiting the sale or possession of the products you purchase

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If a package is:

• Marked as delivered but not received
• Lost in transit
• Damaged upon arrival

Please contact the carrier first and then notify us at snowballzshop@gmail.com. While we are not liable for carrier-related issues, we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Three Fivez is not responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refused Shipments

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of cannabis or hemp-derived products.

Refused deliveries may incur a restocking fee and any associated shipping costs.

Law Enforcement & Federal Regulations

All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain cannabinoid levels within federally legal limits unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to share order information with law enforcement if required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to fulfillment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
